Subscription Terms​

Terms:
To access a subscription plan you must open a member account and purchase a Popqoq card at checkout. You can cancel your subscription at any time if you wish.

Subscription Refunds
No Refund Policy:
Once a subscription begins, we do not offer refunds.
​
Access Until End of Billing Cycle:
You will continue to have access to all the features of the popqoq smart digital business card that you have paid for until the end of the current billing cycle.

Renewal Policy
Automatic Renewal:
Popqoq subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
​
Renewal Notification:
We will send you an email reminder before the renewal, giving you enough time to decide whether you want to continue, change, or cancel your subscription.

Cancellation of Automatic Renewal:
You can cancel the automatic renewal by following the cancellation process outlined in the "Cancelling a Subscription" section.

Change to Subscription Fees

Price Change Notification:
In the event of a subscription fee change, we will send you a notice 30 days before the new price takes effect.

Right to Cancel:
During this notification period, subscribers have the right to cancel their subscription if they do not wish to continue with the new fee.

Cancelling a Subscription

Cancellation Deadline:
To cancel your subscription, you must do so at least 24 hours before the next billing date.

How to Cancel:
Go to Account Information > My Subscriptions > Cancel Subscription.
​
Access During Billing Period:
If you cancel in the middle of a billing period, you will retain access to the popqoq card features until the end of that billing cycle.

Billing
Automatic Invoice:
An invoice will be automatically sent to your account email at the end of each billing cycle.
​
Invoice Access:
You can access invoices in your account by going to Account Information > Settings > My Account > My Orders. Here, you can click to open the invoice in your browser.
